IT’S A SIN IS NOMINATED FOR BEST NEW SCRIPTED SERIES AT THE INDEPENDENT SPIRIT AWARDS !
Nominations for the 2022 Independent Spirit Awards have been released! IT'S A SIN has been nominated for the Best New Scripted Series award. The fantastic five-part series was written by Russell T. Davies, directed by Peter Hoar and cut by echo Editor Sarah Brewerton. The series is still available to watch on All4, if you haven't binged it already!
THE PRINCESS WILL PREMIERE AT THE 2022 SUNDANCE FILM FESTIVAL
THE PRINCESS will premiere at the 2022 Sundance Film festival! The film, which depicts the life and death of Princess Diana in a fresh and imaginative way, was directed by Oscar nominated Ed Perkins and co-edited by echo’s brilliant Jinx Godfrey, ACE.

AFTER LOVE WINS BIG AT BIFA AWARDS!
A huge congratulations to Aleem Khan's AFTER LOVE which received 6 awards at last night's BIFA Awards - including Best British Independent Film, Best Director and Best Debut Director!
The film featured Hair + Makeup design by echo's Diandra Ferreira, who also worked on last night's Best Short winner FEMME.
Congrats go to all BIFA winners, including Cathy Brady on her Best Debut Screenwriter Award for WILDFIRE, which was edited by echo's Matteo Bini.

A BOY CALLED CHRISTMAS is out this week! Matt Haig's adapted novel was cut by echo editor Richard Ketteridge. It premieres in the US today but don't worry if you're in the UK it hits the screens this Friday 26th November!

Sainsbury’s 2021 Christmas ad, A CHRISTMAS TO SAVOUR, has been released and echo’s Production Designer, Jon Henson’s work is brilliant. Jon has designed Sainsbury’s last three Christmas spots and, like usual this years work doesn’t disappoint. Directed by Ninian Doff and produced by Pulse Films.

Michael Samuels' CLOSE TO ME is out on Channel 4 tonight at 9pm. Costume Designer Emma Fryer designed the series and episode 1 was cut by echo editor Tim Murrell. The thriller stars Connie Nielsen and Christopher Eccleston. Make sure to tune in!

RTS CRAFT 2021 NOMINATIONS!
The RTS Craft nominations were announced today and the it is a bit of an echo sweep for the drama categories. We are very happy to congratulate the following echo clients on their nominations:
